I have been using this laptop for a little over two years now so it has got some good use on it. I can be slow because of how much I have on it but all in all it is a quality computer. It seems silly but one of the things I actually like most about this laptop is how it types. I play the piano from time to time so I like the press of the keys on the MacBook Pro, the feeling of weight on them. Some newer laptops have these touch sensitive keys that you do not really need to press and I don not like that. I like the feeling of typing and that is why I do most of my work on my laptop rather than my iPad. I briefly mentioned this earlier but one of things that bothers not only me but some other apple users as well is how quickly apple technology is to slow down. This is more in general for apple products than it is specifically for the MacBook Pro but it is still an issue. We no longer have technology built to last a long time. Older computers were built to last up to 20-30 years. Now after only two years our technology slows down in order to make us want to buy the newest model even more. Another feature that I appreciate about this laptop is how much I can customize it to my liking. Making the defaults and home-screen appealing to look at and for ease of use. I do appreciate how just how much more user friendly technology has become as society progress with the new advances made. I mean what good is your technology if you can not use it? The MacBook Pro is made easy to use and I am not great with technology so I really love that.
